I’m 60 years old unfortunately I suffer anxiety. I tried other ashwagandha supplements which didn’t have any effect. I discovered forest super foods relax supplement. I’ve noticed a difference after 14 days..

I use to buy the two ingredients separately. Now with them combined 1:1, it’s better value and more convenient. I take it an hour before bed, and with a small amount of food, just to help it stay comfortable in the belly as the capsules dissolve.

It helps me with my sleep
I take this at night to help me relax & sleep better. This and Ashwaganda are both amazing. It has been many years since that “butterfly effect” in my stomach hasn’t bothered me on a daily basis. I am much more relaxed these days.

Love Relax! It's the only supplement that has worked for me to improve my sleep and sleep quality. I drift off to sleep more quickly which pre-Relax was a challenge and my sleep is more restful. I only take two tablets per night as I found taking four left me feeling groggy in the morning. Winner ⭐

Good product, taken about an hour before bedtime helps you sleep better helps on those days you are feeling anxious as well. They have a good calming effect.
