An extract is an EXTRACT of a specific compound found in the mushroom. A whole food is the entire mushroom (the way nature intended.

I personally think that the properties that make these mushrooms so life changing are far more complex than a single compound.

The reason our products have such incredible reviews is because we focus on providing the product as close to its’ natural state as possible.

Some claim that mycelium—the root-like structure of mushrooms—is just “filler.” We’ve found no evidence to support this. Mycelium, like roots in other plants (e.g., valerian or ashwagandha), contains significant benefits.

So why do some brands dismiss mycelium? Likely because overseas suppliers often skip the extra work required to include it. But to us, mycelium is an essential part of delivering the full benefits of the mushroom.

For this reason, we exclusively use Australian-grown mushrooms. Even with "organic" certifications, we’re skeptical of imported mushrooms due to potential pollution and questionable growing practices. Extracts are often denatured and mostly consist of alcohol or water, losing vital parts of the mushroom.

Additionally, extracts involve discarding parts of the mushroom and can be highly diluted—for example, a small amount of mushroom is often stretched across liters of alcohol or water.

In contrast, our mushrooms are 10x concentrated: it takes 10kg of fresh mushrooms to produce 1kg of freeze-dried mushrooms.
