I am happy with quality of this ashwagandha, however unfortunately I seem to have an allergic reaction to the capsules. It's good if I split the capsules and mix the ashwagandha with a drink, however there is something about the capsules that doesn't seem right. I don't get this reaction with natures sunshine capsules so perhaps there are some pointers here for product improvement.
Just about to finish my first bottle of Forest Superfoods Reishi Mushrooms... Will be ordering again soon, it's really helping with handling stressful situations. 4 capsules in the evening, to chill out for the night.... Recommended for dealing with challenging times...

I was initially hesitant to fork out for a bundle of three mushrooms capsules due to the cost, but I do not regret it! As you can see from my half empty bottles, I’m halfway through a month’s supply of mushrooms (including this variety) and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. After a terrible stomach bug, I wanted to rebuild my gut and reset my health. I feel great using all three in combination and do believe my gut is better, I feel calmer, and my health is rebuilding. I’m a cyclist, reishi mushrooms (2 capsules a day) has improved my performance. I can hold my threshold heart rate longer and recovery during a ride is quicker.

09/23 My order to Forest foods was for a trial run of testing the benefits of mushrooms. I decided on Reishi, never heard of it, so l did a bit of research and l wasnt disappointed. I wanted to boost my immune system and to control my blood sugars. My experience has been very positive given that l check my sugars regularly, they seem better controlled. I’ve been taking Lion’s Mane capsules from Forest Superfoods for about 18months. I was doing a degree at University and being a mature student I was having some trouble retaining the information. So I started on Lion’s Mane and U kid you not within a week the difference was remarkable.I didn’t feel like I was drowning in research. I became more focused and interestingly more calmer. So I’ve never stopped taking them and I’m 65yrs young. Lol
This is my second bottle of Reishi, and I love it. I'm not sure if it is placebo, but I feel it has really been helping me with sleep.

I do recommend although I have just been diagnosed ontop of my menapause Hyperthyroidism, so my thyroids are over active and have nodules so at this stage until I do some research what I can take
