I am only about 3 weeks into having Black Maca Root each morning in my smoothie after gym.
So far I have noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep and am slowly getting my mojo back. Being perimenopausal I wanted to try using natural supps to get myself back on track hormonal-wise, and also recovery and focus during the day. Black Maca is Black Magic! We bought this for my husband who in his 50s is up peeing 2-5 times per night. It’s really ruining his ability to function during the day.
